Boy, the Israelites did not look good in today’s reading. After almost a year at the mountain, they started complaining almost immediately on their journey.
I appreciated some of the ways God talked to them because it reminded me of a parent. I think I’ve said some of those things when my kids didn’t eat their food! I can relate to the anger and frustration on a small level.
Unfortunately, I can see myself having made some of those mistakes and complaints with my own personality. It make me remember to be thankful for God’s provision and not to get selfish or greedy.
