Bible Summary
Today, our reading comes from Exodus 10-12 as the plagues continue, the first Passover is observed, and Pharaoh finally relents to Moses’s words. This reading is a good reminder that we need to remember the goodness and protection of God.

It’s so cool that God establishes the Passover as a thing their Israelites will do each year. He clearly saw them forgetting his power and deliverance all of the time. This was a way for them to remember each year which many Jewish people still do today thousands of years later!
I love the story of Moses and the Passover. My father was brought up Jewish and became a Christian when we were small children. He has done the Passover feast many times. It’s a great reminder of what happened and I always love to hear him tell the story.
